David Cameron in the Guardian on how he plans to enforce the democracy once he takes over the nation over which his birth entitles him to reign. Apparently it's all going to be about localism (ie: what the Tories sneeringly refer to as the "postcode lottery" every time young Jocasta gets pipped to a place in a decent school by someone called Tracey or somesuch horror). These new measures will be implemented unless people specifically vote against them - hear that? It's Constant and Berlin spinning in their graves - freeing up Whitehall and allowing local communities to sink or swim.
